Provides a variety of recreational, educational, wellness, volunteer and social opportunities for adults 50 and older, living in or outside Plano.

Seniors Active in Learning through Collin College (SAIL)

SAIL is a participant-led lifelong learning program offered to students 55 years of age and older.

Free Tai Chi and Fall-Prevention Classes

Medical Center of Plano, 3901 West 15th Street Plano, TX 75075, offers free Tai Chi and Fall Prevention classes for all interested parties. Classes are available for all levels.  No prior experience is necessary. You can join anytime. Contact the Cardiac Rehab and Wellness Center at 972-519-1274 for class times and locations.

Volunteers in Plano Program
